  Tahreem Shaz-Vennus

  Tahreem is the Accounting Officer for SCITTELS. She is the Head Teacher of the lead school.

• Abbie Ojukwu
  BA (Hons), PGCE
  Abbie Ojukwu

  Abbie is the Chair of the Quality Assurance Board. She is a Deputy Head Teacher at the lead school, Colegrave Primary and a Professional Tutor. Abbie completed her PGCE with SCITTELS in 2010 and spent several years teaching across Key Stage 1 and 2. During this time, Abbie led various subjects such as PE and PSHCE and was Assistant Head Teacher for Maths.

• Raz Rahman

  Raz Rahman

  Raz is the SCITT Director and quality assures all aspects of the course. Before taking up the post of SCITT Director, Raz was a Professional Tutor for 3 years, where he led mentor development and worked as the Academic Tutor for the PGCE side of the programme. Before working in ITT, Raz was a class teacher and has experience leading mathematics and Key Stage 1 in East London primary schools.

• Renuka Sivakumaran

  Renuka Sivakumaran

  Renuka is a Professional Tutor and the Curriculum Lead at SCITTELS. Before joining SCITTELS, Renuka worked as a Class Teacher in Tower Hamlets and Newham, and as a Specialist Performing Arts Teacher in Newham. She has led on Speaking & Listening and worked across Key Stage 1 and 2.

• Jessica Barnett

  Jessica Barnett

  Jessica is a Professional Tutor for SCITTELS and leads on mentor development. She is the Academic Tutor for the PGCE programme, working with Goldsmiths to deliver their PGCE curriculum and develop trainees' academic tuition. Before working in ITT, Jessica taught across Key Stages 1 and 2 in inner London schools, leading on Reading. She is also a Specialist Leader of Education for English.
