Inclusion
Inclusion shapes recruitment and training. Trainees' backgrounds are valued, and leaders respond promptly to individual barriers with tailored support.
Achievement
Trainees develop confident teaching practice and understand their strengths and priorities. Schools describe them as well prepared for teaching.
Curriculum, teaching and training
Training connects research, rehearsal and classroom practice. Specialist-setting visits during each ITaP deepen trainees' understanding of SEND.
Professional behaviours, personal development and wellbeing
Professional expectations are supported by proactive pastoral care. Leaders consider placement travel demands and trainees' wider responsibilities.
