Training Before deciding on a route into teaching, we advise you to think carefully about your own learning styles and learning needs. Think about how you have learned successfully in the past. If you would prefer to be guided through subject theory and practice, subject knowledge and pupil development followed by opportunities to apply your learning in the classroom then our PGCE course would suit you. If you would prefer a style of training where you take responsibility for your own learning whilst being employed in a school on a full time basis then the GTP would suit you. Why train with us?
