The Graduate Teacher Programme is an over-subscribed programme and therefore we look fro particular skills and qualities.

We want someone who has a genuine interest and a clear commitment to teaching; this may be evidenced by a significant previous school experience. We want someone who possesses the qualities that will ensure completion of both the programme meet the expectations of the employing school.
